A few weeks ago Martin was invited to London by Quilter to film a short presentation on how we have managed Consumer Duty and the impact this has had on the company, staff, Financial Advisers and most importantly, our clients.
Some of our Senior Management team and advisers then joined over 50 firms within the network at the Quilter Autumn Syndicate day in Birmingham last week, where we were informed of platform changes, industry leading presentations and network updates.
We were proud to see Martin on the big screen where he delivered a confident speech on how we have embraced Consumer Duty and how it has become a positive change within our company, and the industry as a whole.
